3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Wild Dogs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

Wild Dogs is liable for transit risks up to the point of handover to the carrier. Once ownership transfers, if you receive your order damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
